• Have the passion and skills to delight clients with service-oriented approach and empathetic client interaction

• MD Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with at least 5 years of direct clinical practice experience. Other certifications and lesser experience considered on a case-by-case basis

• Must have or be willing (and qualified) to obtain an unrestricted medical license for China

• Demonstrate ability to manage, motivate, and empower diverse clinical teams

• Interest in or relevant experience in implementation of innovative medical care models

• Hold Bachelor Degree in Health Science (Nursing)

• 8+ years nursing experience, with 5 years of experience in management/lead nurse role

• Hold current valid nursing license

• Fluent in both English and Mandarin

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work cohesively and lead in a team environment

• Previous experience in clinic/health-check center establishment will be prioritized 

• Certifications of BLS and ACLS preferred 

• Under the leadership of Head Nurse, complete all tasks related to patient clinical care  

• Cooperate with other medical staff (imaging, pharmacy, laboratory and therapist etc.) to complete the diagnosis and treatment of clients.

• Partner with doctors to complete the health management evaluation, treatment and follow-up with clients

• Be familiar with physical examination process and have a high-quality outpatient care standard, a keen learner with the mindset to constantly improve the quality of care

• Support ad-hoc tasks as required to ensure the smooth opening and operation of center

• To maintain and improve clinic IT systems to support and empower clinic operation through good teamwork and vendor management.
  

• To identify emerging technologies that need to be assimilated and integrated for hospital benefit.

• To manage the full IT project tendering process including tender specification, evaluation and risk control.

• To manage the vendors to design, develop and deliver Hospital Information System (HIS) and other information systems in accordance to the clinic or group's identified needs.

• Works with key stakeholders (include but not limited to operations, physicians, marketing, software R&D, HR etc.) effectively for any assigned projects during clinic setup and daily maintenance.

• To govern and manage risks, issues and dependencies within the IT environment and taking all steps to understand and mitigate risks.

• Review regularly, maintaining and processing documentation in accordance with quality standards.

• Provides timely updates of all assigned projects accurately to the supervisor, escalates issues and recommend an alternative solution when necessary.

• Responsible for the configuration and maintenance of the company’s network environment, and assist in solving the problems in the use of the network to ensure the stability and efficiency of the network
  

• Responsible for the company's information system(including PCs, printers, switches, firewalls) and other hardware equipment, domain control systems, mail systems, OA/CRM/ERP system operation and maintenance management

• As necessary, performs desktop IT support to internal customers

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant

• At least 8 years IT operation experience

• Healthcare experience is preferred. Hands-on experience integrating with different hospital systems such as LIS, HIS/EMR, RIS, PACS, Big-data platform is highly preferred.

• Hands on IT project management for medium to major projects.

• Good interpersonal and negotiation skills.

• Able to think analytically and solve problems effectively.

• Experience working in a fast paced, changing environment, positive work attitude and ability to work under pressure
